Feeling much better overall after a long cold. Still sniffling, though. At this point, it might be a recurring sensitivity to eggs, which would be tragic!

My daily diet is currently 1½ to 2 lbs of ground beef with 10% beef organs mixed in, seasoned with sea salt.

I usually eat OMAD ― one meal a day ― because I’m not hungry. Protein is a natural GLP-1 stimulant!

The more I stick to this, avoiding carbs, cheese, and even eggs, the easier I’ve found staying lean and healthy.

Red meat is the ultimate food, and sunshine is the ultimate vitamin.
