Couple Dave 42 and Julie 39- Say they have been "Structurally Challenged" living in a tent for 8 years. Dave just completed 100 days in Jail. They discuss urban camping and how they are scared to fall asleep just to wake up to the police- not a cool wake up call. They said we have no human rights out here: There have been so many unfortunate series of events that always seem to happen, we get back up and get pulled back down, fighting the government is a hard thing. In 5 years- We hope to fix our legal problems and move back to New Jersey where they are from. We always said we would never be out here for more than a year but here we are 8 years later.
