Doctor Dies of Anaphylactic Shock at Restaurant – Can’t Sue Because of Membership with Disney+

**Must See this short clip → Dr. Kanokporn Tangsuan, died from a severe allergic reaction after eating at theRaglan Road Irish Pub & RestaurantinDisney Springs,Florida, in October 5th 2023, after being assured by staff that her food was allergen-free.

Raglan Road is owned by Disney.

Her husband attempted to sue the restaurant as he should if she was told the meal was allergen free.

Walt Disney Company has control over the menu, the staff, and the policies at the restaurant.

Upon autopsy, the medical examiner discovered the cause of death was anaphylaxis due to elevated “Allergens” of dariy and nut in her system.

Walt Disney Company claims they cannot be sued due to a contract they signed with them. They claim that when they signed up for Disney Plus, in the fine print writing it states that you cannot sue Disney if on their property.

Is this not a dirty, sleazy, immoral thing for the Disney to do?

It appears Disney is piggybacking off of Big Pharma’s indemnification clauses it has with the government. Monkey see, monkey do. If Big Pharma can get away with murder, then so can we.

The Corporations have become very dark.

This makes you wonder, what other contracts we are unknowingly agreeing to?

This fine print, hidden contract, bullsh*t needs to be addressed like ASAP.

You had to know that the fine print we have all been ignoring because it's not only difficult to see but it is very unclear, but you have to sign to get service.

We need to be verbally informed before we consent to anything, and it needs to be in language that is easily understood.
