NYC Lacrosse Handball Workout ☄️

Handball is a tradition here in NYC ― and in other cities, often by other names.

Playing solo with a lacrosse ball is one of my favorite exercises for training explosiveness, cardio, and coordination.

A lacrosse ball is over 350% heavier than a typical handball, with WAY more bounce.

And when it hits you at high speed… ouch!

My heart rate also gets surprisingly high, and it’s always healthier to keep one’s body moving.

I often go for 30 minutes to an hour ― fueled by a carnivore diet, of course!
