Parallel Bar Practice (Carnivore Diet)

Part of today’s training with calisthenics on parallel bars: isometric holds, L-sits, inverted hangs, and dips.

NYC is warm again! Outdoor exercise is my favorite, especially for sun exposure. Even on a cloudy day.

I’ve been practicing inverted hangs more, and today was my first try on parallel bars instead of a pull-up bar.

After weeks of mostly wild-caught seafood with pasture-raised eggs and raw yogurt, I’ve replaced fish with pastured ground beef mixed with organ meat.

2 pounds of beef and 6 whole eggs per day ― plus more resistance training and LESS cardio ― is quickly making me leaner and stronger.

I’ve been losing body fat so quickly that last night, I ate a little rice with halal lamb and chicken as a treat!

Carbs do give me a boost during workouts. But excess quickly adds fat to my body, drains my energy, spikes my hunger, and reignites the cycle of insulin resistance that made me chronically ill from adolescence through my early 30s.

Honestly, every time I eat carbs, I think to myself: “I should’ve just eaten more meat!”

Health truly is the foundation of freedom.

MAHA!
