Apatros Review Ep-0144: Princess of Mars [2009]

AR-0144: We return of the crazy world of The Asylum, as those mockbusting inmates try their hand at ripping off the legendary box office flop of Pissney's attempt at adapting the first of Edgar Rice Burroughs' legendary stories. The only real gimmick Asylum's writers bring to the table is the rather inspired casting choice of having infamous 1980s underage porno actress Traci Lords to play Dejah Thoris, which is something you don't see everyday... Or most days for that matter. The resulting movie isn't exactly a good film by any measure, but it doesn't make you want to bleach your eyes either.

My Grade: D+ [Disappointing]
