God is very eager and willing to reach out to and heal the lost, to show His benevolent love to them. Like Richard at Allen's job, who got healed of stage 4 cancer after a short prayer by 4 Christians.

Vicky got healed of breast cancer after being prayed for, and waited 5 years to tell Richard.

Authority is important in healing, as @PrayingMedic saw no one healed with prayer, and shifted his style to commanding healing with authority, and started getting lots of people healed.
