Sue is 30 years old and has been on the streets since the young age of 16, she has now been homeless for a total of 10 years. Says they sit at the Park Benches to drink some coffee and wait for the nightly feed and within 2 minutes the cops are coming up and harassing them, Says they are violating our constitutional rights.
