Misleading Language & the Slippery Slope of Amendment 2

Imagine dropping off your car for a modification and coming back to find it totaled. That’s how deceptive this language is. If voters allow this kind of trickery to pass, what's stopping lawmakers from using even more misleading wording in the future?
