Back and forth the pendulum swings. For a few months, at least since the last time it had attacked Israel, Iran had, to some extent, slipped off the radar. But, now that the Israeli Demolition Force has rolled its tanks, soldiers, drones, and aircraft back into Gaza’s ground- and airspace, thus bombing a fragile ceasefire to smithereens, Iran is also suddenly on the proverbial ‘cards’ again.

Well, we could argue that it has never really been off the radar. But, at least the volume of the tongue wagging rhetoric spewed into airwaves by globalist neo-con anti-Iran hawks, and other Zionist warmongers that shout for the fall of Persia, was dialled back somewhat. Today we ask why the volume is being cranked up again, and what could it mean with Trump & Netanyahu still talking up the emptying out of Gaza, to make way for a Club Med real estate dystopia.

In a region where ethnic cleansing and genocide has been normalised as daily blood feast for the beast, it is necessary to pause and look at Iran not in compartmentalised/isolated manner. But, rather, to study Iran as regional power, and integral part, perhaps, not of the problem of the Middle East, but, as inherently necessary ingredient in any search for that illusive condition called ‘peace in the Middle East’.
