Our troops have recently conducted several swift, audacious, and effective operations and are now completing the rout of the enemy force grouping in the Kursk Region. In this regard, I will reiterate: according to the laws of the Russian Federation, any Ukrainian servicemen — not to mention foreign mercenaries — who invaded our land and committed crimes against the civilian population must be and are regarded as terrorists from a legal standpoint. The heinous acts they committed must be identified, recorded, and thoroughly investigated. I ask the officials of the Prosecutor General's Office, and specifically military prosecutors, to undertake efforts in that respect on a full scale in the liberated territories, including both Sudzha and other communities.
