Minecraft Movie Expected to FLOP as the Box Office BURNS in 2025!

Early projections for the Minecraft Movie are in and it is likely much lower than what Warner Bros. was expecting. Based on the success of the Super Mario movie in 2023, there have been staggeringly few video game adaptations to live up to those expectations and Minecraft was very much poised to take that crown... but then they cast Jack Black.

The box office in general has been putrid in 2025. Off the back of one of the worst weekends in years, there is nothing to really look forward to for quality, but a few opportunities to turn a buck before the year is over.

Can movies be saved, or has entertainment evolved?
