My Japanese Video Game Collection 126 Mahou Shoujo Pretty Sammy In The Earth Part 1 Episode 23

One time Nintendo and Sony joined together to create the Nintendo playstation which originally was going to be an add-on to the Super Famicom to compete with the Mega CD. However things fell apart and Sony bailed out on Nintendo and went alone to create the Sony Playstation.

The Sony Playstation was released in September of 1994 and since then it was a global success. It was a really popular game console throughout the mid 90's and I even got one for my 16th birthday because I wanted to play Tales Of Destiny because it looked so cool. Most of my friends had a playstation when we were in high school.

One more thing I like to mention is that the playstation can also play music CD's on the console which is okay. Oh I like to mention about the memory cards. Yes back in the playstation era you need a memory card to save game data otherwise you're screwed.

In the mid 90's video games started to be transcended to CD-ROM's because they were easier to make and it cost less than a game cassette so the mid 90's started a new era for gaming which is still happening today.

Enough with the history lesson so let's get on with the games. I'm going to start the Playstation off with Mahou Shoujo Pretty Sammy which is based on the anime series and it's a spin-off of Tenchi Muyo.

So this is a light novel game in which all you do is read and make decisions and that's pretty much it. There is a battle scene in this game but I didn't get that far into this game. The game is cute and the music is great to listen to and I will give it that.

I also noticed that this game is episode 23, Shouldn't I start off with episode 1? So where are the other 22 episodes?
