This is what happens when you dispose of things you're not supposed to!

Honestly, this happened in Whitehall, OH I'm just glad they SURVIVED!!!

On Wednesday, January 29th, Local Waste employees had a VERY close call with an oxygen tank that was illegally placed in a garbage can on the 4000 Block of Elbern Ave.
