Wasilla Chronical Winter/Spring 2025 A Puzzlement

Strange wetness keeps appearing on the walkway. It is always the same amount and in the same pattern even though we have had no rain and the days have been warm and sunny enough to dry the edges. What is the explanation? Any ideas?
