✅ ½ tsp **chili powder**
✅ 1 tsp **dried oregano or thyme**

✅ 1 tbsp **Worcestershire sauce**
✅ 1 tbsp **Dijon mustard**

#### **1️⃣ Prep the Ribs**
1️⃣ Remove the **membrane** from the back of the ribs (use a paper towel for grip).
