The 1st method may be best when the Account leveler is at least level 250? Best done the lower the Carrier is as the higher their level the lower the exp they got though I'm not sure if that is also the case on the 2nd account they are Power leveling. The 2nd method is a lot safer and lets you also manually level each Sword Skill Attacks Stars as you can't do so when using it on enemies you far out level.
