Seems like she might be CIA, especially with the TV giving her 3 names, but what she's saying makes sense from what I've researched. She isn't pushing the Oswald hoax. But that is the real mystery remaining: within the Oswald operation to frame him as the patsy, what was the actual Oswald (not the actors who pretended to be him like Seymour, Thornley and others) doing there. Was he a White Hat?
