Rescue: 16-Year-Old Saved from 50-Foot Mineshaft After Falling

A 16-year-old was rescued on Monday after his rope broke and he fell approximately 30 feet down a 50-foot-deep mineshaft in California. The teen scaled most of the shaft trying to extricate himself before having to wait until Placer County fire personnel reached him.
