- 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 3-4 green chilies (slit)
- 2 medium tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds powder (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

1️⃣ **Cook the beef:**
- In a pressure cooker, add the beef, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, salt, and water.
- Cook until the beef is tender (around 4-5 whistles or 30-40 mins on medium flame).
- Once done, separate the beef and reserve the stock.
2️⃣ **Prepare the masala:**
- Heat oil or ghee in a large pan.
- Add cumin seeds and sliced onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell goes away.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and oil starts to separate.

- Add coriander powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, fennel seeds powder, and salt.
- Fry the spices for a couple of minutes until aromatic.
4️⃣ **Combine beef and masala:**
- Add the cooked beef to the masala and mix well.
- Pour in the reserved beef stock as needed to achieve a thick, luscious gravy.
- Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
