Rumble / Strange Weather - Strong winds blasted southern California on October 15, knocking out electricity for thousands of homes and felling trees in Santa Ana. This footage shows one of the trees upturned by the winds. ABC 7 reported that fallen trees had disrupted electrical wires and more than 43,000 Southern California Edison customers lost power.
