Harvesting Chanterelle Mushrooms in the Forests of Vancouver Island

Heading out to do some hunting, I check the sides of the forest roads to see if there are any mushrooms present.

I was presented with a nice little bounty to forage. It is nice to come back from a hunt with Chanterelle Mushrooms.

This trip, I had 6.5 pounds of mushrooms harvested.
