La mostra intolata Tolkien. Uomo, Professore, Autore intende celebrare il maestro del fantasy John Ronald Reuel Tolkien (Bloemfontein, Sud Africa, 3 gennaio 1892 – Bournemouth, Inghilterra, 2 settembre 1973) in occasione del cinquantesimo anniversario della sua morte, nonché della prima pubblicazione in Italia de Lo Hobbit. La mostra è stata curata da Alessandro Nicosia e Oronzo Cilli ed è promossa dal Ministero della Cultura.
