Recording of Andrew's court appointment on July 22, 2024 at 3:26 PM. This court appointment is not for when Andrew attacked Tom or any other related charge, but for a matter between himself and Sisters of Charity Hospital regarding a temporary guardianship.

19:49 – Tom describes when Andrew attacked him on May 10, 2024 in his own words:
“When I got out of rehab within the hour Andy smashed the back of the seat, his brother was driving us to go get something to eat, not once but 3 times, and I had to call an ambulance and I had to go be sent back to the hospital because my injury was reoccurred from what he did to me.”

Guide:
3:30 – The judge specifically states that no recording is allowed.
12:43 – A Cleveland EMS responder speaks up during the court proceeding. He states that Andrew is currently in a dialysis center. He had wandered there after leaving Metro Hospital.
15:10 – Andrew says that Tom was responsible for his arrival in Cleveland, as Tom gave him access to payment so that he could buy a bus ticket.
16:55 – EMS states that after leaving Metro Hospital, Andrew went to a dialysis center, where he currently is during the court proceeding. They intend to take him back to Metro Hospital.
19:13 – Tom explains that Andrew took a picture of his card, which is how Andrew purchased the bus ticket.
22:34 – Andrew uses his baby voice to say, “I don't even know how to spell Cleveland.”
26:22 – Judge, to Tom: “I don't understand, sir, why I am more concerned about your son getting back to Buffalo than you are.” Tom states that there is a domestic violence charge against Andrew.
30:50 – The judge, who chastised Tom for not wanting Andrew to return to his home after attacking him, quickly states to the EMS worker that Andrew cannot come to his own house.
