Set Up For Leg Exercises With The Voltra

I frequently get comments when I show exercises with the Voltra and all it takes is a little bit of creativity.

For this video I'm using several pieces of equipment in combination with the Voltra to recreate exercises that usually require big machines.

Hack Squats
--

For hack squats, I anchored the Voltra on the travel platform and placed it on a squat wedge.

I attached the Voltra's cable to my squat harness and hung on to my suspension trainer.

Standing Hip Thrusts
--

For standing hip thrusts I used a dip bar and wrapped it around the AbMat belt squat cover.

I anchored the Voltra to the bottom inside of one up of my uprights while I hung on to the other upright.

Assisted Nordic Curls
--

To hit the hamstrings I went with Nordic curls

I anchored the Voltra up high with the rotator attachment.

Then I anchored my legs with a NordBar attachment.

I used the same squat harness from before and attached the cable to the straps on the harness.

From there, I added some resistance to the cable so that it supported some of my bodyweight.
