Witness Refuses to Cooperate with Police and Lets Reckless Driver Escape

on 7/19/23, an officer with the davenport police department was on routine patrol when a car driving at a high rate of speed caught His attention. The car turned before the officer could get behind him and continued driving at a high rate of speed, there is no actual pursuit caught on camera because the car was too far ahead.

while the other officers stay behind with the car one officer drives around looking for the girl who left her I D in the Car. The officer ends up spotting her walking behind a nearby apartment complex.

All are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
