Ever Wonder That “Why was I born” Well the Apostle John actually took a trip to heaver, to the very throne room of God, there He heard the answer to that very question?

Rev 4:8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. Rev 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

You were created to bring God Pleasure is the answer as to why you were born, question is does your life actually bringing God Pleasure?

The Apostle Paul lays out several things in Colossians that we need to look at.

Col 1:10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Col 1:11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
Col 1:12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

1. Walk Worthy; Is there anything in Your life that does not belong there? People, places, or things?
2. Being Fruitful; Are You active engaged in your mission field, giving?
3. Increasing in knowledge; church, daily Bible reading, videos and/or books?
4. Patience, longsuffering and joyfulness; are You happy and content in Christ?
5. Giving Thanks; Do you take time everyday to thank God for all the good things in your life, do You acknowledge He has given You everything and you deserve nothing?

Does Your life bring God pleasure, if not the first step is to repent and put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ and if you do you will become a “Child of God, A Child of Light” and You will live on into eternity with God.
