Seducing Occult Practice: Muscle Testing

Is "Muscle Testing" a legitimate medical practice, or do the practitioners of muscle testing lean into the occult for their healing powers? Occult activity is a demon's most obvious door to access a person. But Occult activity is not always obvious. Many innocent, well-meaning Christians have engaged in occult activity without intending to. The Bible says that Satan comes "as an angel of light" (2 Corinthians 11:14). How can we be certain that "Muscle Testing" or other alternative practices are spiritually safe?
