Shakur Stevenson Explains How Turki Alalshihk Is Saving Boxing

In a recent interview with Fight Hype, Shakur Stevenson explained why he feels Turki Alalshihk is saving boxing. Shakur says Turki is making fighters drop their nuts by making 50/50 fights.

Some American fighters and promoters don't like that concept. Turki Alashihk forces promoters and fighters to take risky fights without the protection of cherry-picking.

When you see an American fighter adamant about not fighting on Turki Alalshihk's fight cards, this is the reason why.

In other news, Eddie Hearn had a lot to say about Naoya Inoue. Eddie says Inoue is ducking MJ Akhmadaliev. Eddie let it be known that Inoue has been ordered to fight MJ twice, and he hasn't fought him yet.

This type of thing goes on in boxing with certain fighters. Some fighters are allowed to do what they want to do, and others are not. We'll see how this plays out.
