Location: isolated desert

Acres: over 50

Transit time to location: over an hour thru the desert.

GIS info report: unowned

This is an abandoned chemical area. Records online show the company owed a quarter of a million in taxes but filed chapter 11. After that was finalized the chemicals were "forgotten". I hazard a bet that the bankrupt attorneys did not want to pay for hazmat fees & pay for chemical removal. The property is currently unowned, perhaps by the state. They likely don't want to pay for hazmat removal either. This should be a public health or environmental emergency.

How do I know there's chemicals there? I went and looked. What I saw in person scared me out and to never go back in. 100's of gallons of tanks and barrels of Nitrates, Sulfurics, ammoniums, and more. I'm not a chemist, but if some of these mix in the proper proportions it has kinetic properties. This area could be a terrorist smorgasbord. It has been reported.... many times. But nobody's doing any clean up.

There is a squatter living here. What is he doing here? I was trying to flush him out so I can get a visual.
