Day Being Tech Free - Almost

Today I decided to not wear any of my fitness trackers, heart rate monitors, or better known as wearables. I decided to go back to basics in regards to tracking my steps, my walks; at least almost.

*DISCLAIMER During the video, I used a third party app that I purchased almost a year ago for my iPhone. This is the Steps App for iOS. This is the only app I used throughout the day to both track my steps and walk. Steps App is unaware of this video, unless they find it and watch it. Not a paid video.
