We 😍 Smoking Rib Eye Roast for Christmas dinner on the #BBQRandoRanch and today is a quick review of how well and easy all Recteq Pellet Smokers are! Simple recipe: Season with your favorite spices, we love Montreal Steak seasoning then add to the smoker at 225 degrees for about 5 hours for medium or 140 degrees internal temp. Less time if you like Medium Rare (125 - 130 degrees). Note: the meat will continue to cook once removed from the smoker so you can take it off earlier and let it rest. Enjoy! BBQqqqqqqqq
