Demonstrators marched through Charlottesville, Virginia, on August 12 for the one-year anniversary of the Unite the Right rally in which Heather Heyer was killed, as well as the “Unite the Right II” rally taking place in Washington on that day. Police blocked off 4th Street at the intersection with Water Street to stop people from going to the exact spot the ramming attack occurred. Credit: UVa Students United via Storyful
