Flash flood water rushed through the town of Pierrelatte in Aredech, France, on the morning of August 9. Footage shot from inside a building shows cars surrounding by the rushing water on the street below. About 1,600 people had been evacuated from affected areas by August 10, local media reported, citing the interior ministry.
