Ban on homeless camps in full effect

When we drove to work this morning, there was an encampment of people living in tents across the street from WCPO. When we left, they'd been forced to leave by Cincinnati police. Although no one was arrested in that location, people who create these encampments anywhere in Hamilton County can be under a judge's Thursday afternoon ruling.
