Questions remain regarding active shooter call at Mercy Southwest

The Bakersfield Police Department is still investigating the call claiming there was there was an active shooter at Mercy Southwest last night. Hospital officials tell 23ABC that in order for a code black to be called, an employee must hear shots being fired -- leaving many questions unanswered surrounding why that call was made.
