Good Samaritans Rescue Man From Flaming Car After Crash in California

Some Good Samaritans and California Highway Patrol officers helped rescue a man from a burning car after it crashed off the freeway transition in Colton, California, during the early hours of August 1, according to the San Bernardino Sun. The car crash reportedly involved two vehicles that collided, which then lost control and struck two additional vehicles, causing one car to overturn. The passenger was able to escape the car before it burst into flames, but the driver was left unconscious. Strangers on the freeway stopped to help as California Highway Patrol officers arrived at the scene, according to news reports. Officers were able to pull the driver from the car.
