I went to City Hall of Springfield Ohio to speak with the Mayor Rob Rue and ask him about his real estate portfolio of about 25 single family residential properties.

Most of the portfolio were bought from bank foreclosures of blue color Americans who lost their jobs during Covid-19 . These purchases were as recent as 2021 !!

Did Mayor Rob Rue have inside information about the Haitian Invasion Coming to his town of Springfield Ohio. Is he leasing out these properties to illegal aliens for exorbit rents ?
