Saturday Studies The Judgment Seat of Christ 12-28-2024

We are in the second section of 2nd Corinthians 5:9-11, and we are dealing with the Judgment Seat of Christ. We explain the difference between the Judgment Seat of Christ and the Great White Throne Judgment.
At the Judgment Seat of Christ, our works will be examined and tested to see if we will receive a reward. It is not to determine if we are allowed into heaven. That was taken care of when we trusted in Christ as our Lord and Savior.
We look at four passages from the Apostle Paul and one from the Apostle John in Revelation chapter 20. The passages we cover are:
2nd Corinthians 5:9-11
Revelation 20:11-15
Romans 14:10-13
Philippians 2:5-11
1st Corinthians 3:5-17
We also review four questions to consider for any passage in Scripture:
- what was said
- who said it
- to whom was it said
- when was it said
