Congressman Andy Biggs on the Weaponization of Banking

Congressman Andy Biggs has represented Arizona's Fifth Congressional District since 2017. Representative Biggs currently serves on the House Oversight and Accountability Committee and the House Judiciary Committee, where he is the Chairman of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Federal Government Surveillance.

From 2019 through 2021, Congressman Biggs served as Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus. He is a co-chair of the Border Security Caucus and a co-founder of the bipartisan War Powers Caucus.
