RBP EP 28-Are We Over WOKE Advertising?

Is the Woke agenda ruining advertising, or at least the companies they are advertising for? How far does it have to go? Then on the other hand there's a resurgence of advertising that takes us back to what advertising is all about, an entertaining way to sell a product or service that draws out an emotional response that you can relate to, whether through humor or tugging on your heartstrings. Which works for you? Do you like the pushing of a woke agenda or prefer ads that evoke a relatable response to all who view it?

Whether it's pushing or over pushing the LGBTQAI++++ blah blah blah agenda (Jaguar/UBER) and then pushing same agenda onto our kids (LEGO), a made up culture/race discrimination (DOVE), or anti-men (NIKE, BOOTS), In our opinion, Woke advertising for Woke companies is missing the mark while they try to check off all "the boxes" to appease more to small demographics rather than the majority of their demo.
