A severe storm left streets and buildings flooded and trees damaged in Constanta, Romania, on Friday, July 13, after a storm dumped heavy rain and hail on eastern areas of the country, according to local media. This footage shows a car driving through floodwaters on Soveja Street near Tabacarie Lake in Constanta. People are seen standing in the water, which reaches their knees. Romania’s National Meteorological Administration continued to issue warnings after the downpour that caused streets, such as the one seen in this footage, to flood on Friday afternoon.
