2. You aren’t spacing out your meals ⏰ Do you eat small meals or snacks consistently throughout the day? Try having 3 larger meals spaced out 3-4 hrs apart. This allows your gut migrating motor complex to work efficiently.

3. You are eating WAY too fast 💨 Are you rushing to eat your meal? This can happen when you are really hungry or in a hurry. Take the time to slow down and chew the food. It helps improve digestion & reduce bloating.
