New York City Mayor Eric Adams stated in a press conference on Thursday after meeting with Donald Trump's incoming Border Czar Tom Homan that "terrible mistakes" had been made in the past by not preventing violent gang and immigrant crime, and that those mistakes wouldn't be made any longer.
