Heavy rain flooded streets in Henderson, Nevada, shutting down a highway, on Thursday, July 12. There was two to three feet of water on I-515 near Wagonwheel Drive, according to the National Weather Service. Storms were expected into the early evening with potential for rainfall rates of three inches per hour, a news report said.
