Jim Babka was press secretary for Harry Browne's Presidential campaign for 2000. He was also the chair of the Libertarian Party in Ohio in 1998-9.

Jim discusses the growth of the LP in the late 1990's. Membership reached a peak of over 30,000 at the time. Jim discusses how he grow the LP in Ohio, which lead to ballot access and more candidates running for office.
