You Are Not The Legal "Person".

The entirety of the American Legal System is to make you a legal entity (person), and apply their administrative statute to the legal entity, and defraud and trick you into thinking you the living man or woman, have to answer for that.

It is ridiculously easy to respond to their insane accusations using a two page affidavit distinguishing yourself under penalty of perjury, that you are not the "person" term used in the statute they're accusing you of breaking.

Let's look at some charges falsely placed against those who wish to not participate in their license scheme, and exercise their first amendment right to travel.

(1) have in the person's possession while operating a motor vehicle the class of driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle operated.

They use the LEGAL DEFINITION.
LEGAL is only what you agree to.

LAWFUL is what's under the Bill of Rights.

The word “person” includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations.

The legal definition of individual only refers to "one of" the other words in the definition.

§ 502.407 effective on January 1, 2025.>

(a) A person commits an offense if, after the fifth working day after the date the registration for the vehicle expires:
(1) the person operates on a public highway during a registration period a motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer that has attached to it a license plate for the preceding period.

No we are not PERSONS and don't have expired plates.
We have NO STATE PLATES.

We have PRIVATE PLATES expressing that we're not operating in commerce and therefore not under their statutory jurisdiction.

Statutes only apply to PERSONS and you are not one.
PERSONS are commercial legal entities.

So when @RepThomasMassie creates a bill to tell the states to enforce your 2A, maybe his intent is in the right place but his knowledge of the law is not.

You simply conceal carry.
You have the 2A already.

No state statutes matter.
