Spicy Italian Sausage Stir Fry With Mushrooms & Onions I Gastro Guru

Spicy Italian Sausage stir fried with White Mushrooms & Onions.

Ingredients:
3 Spicy Italian Pork Sausages - 1 LB
2 tbsp cooking/veg. oil
2 cups sliced white mushrooms
1 sliced onion
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:
In a hot nonstick pan add spicy Italian Sausages
Cook on medium low for about 8 minutes, until brown & completely done
(flip & cook sausage on all sides)
Remove sausage from pan, let it rest for 5 to 7 minutes then slice diagonally
In the mean time add sliced white mushrooms & onions to the same pan
Add salt to taste then Stir fry until almost done, about 4 to 5 minutes
Now add back sliced sausages to the pan
Mix well then stir fry for few more minutes & you are done!
Transfer to serving dish & enjoy as an appetizer or as a meal.
