Long term ENS is damaging the lungs causing body dehydration, kidney problems and possible heart problems, eye sensitivity to strong bright light, temporary tooth pain, white frozen finger tips (Raynaud syndrome), dry skin, dry nostrils, lack of feeling breathing through nose, insomnia and sleep quality problems, low concentration, memory issues, constipation, anxiety, feeling of suffocation, dry and blocked nostrils (inside nose) during sleep
