Man shoots bullet through apartment wall accidently and sentenced to take a gun safety class

Teacher used live cartridges to practice loading a new handgun and fires into a wall that went into the neighbor's apartment. Gun owner is fined 500.00 by a SL County Justice Court and ordered to take a gun safety class.
